Our experienced wildland seed collection team can provide custom, site-specific seed collections to meet your project needs. Our seed collectors have decades of experience hand collecting seed from native species all over the southwest. All local ecotype seeds are source-identified by region, collection site, species name, customer name, and date collected.

Tips for Successful Contract
Seed Collections

  • Collaborate with our wildland seed collections manager in advance to discuss project details, target species, availability, feasibility, and timing
  • Establish a contract agreement early to ensure that there is adequate lead time to obtain the seeds on your target species list
  • Discuss potential land access with owners or land managers for seed collection within open space where project is located
  • Help coordinate permit (if required) with government organization (e.g., BLM, USFS)
  • Determine projected project timing and seed delivery dates in advance and communicate those with our team to avoid delays
