Agency Acceptance
Although most state, county and local agencies do not mandate which erosion
control products to use, the following is a list of agencies who have
documented EarthGuard® FM to be an effective BMP tool for use
on construction projects.
If you do not see your agency on this list, contact S & S Seeds for help in your area.
FEDERAL AGENCIES
California Regional Water Quality Control Board:
*EarthGuard Fiber Matrix conforms to a Stabilized Fiber Matrix as defined
in the Hydromulching – Hydroseeding Section of the "Erosion
and Sediment Control Field Manual"
STATE AGENCIES
Caltrans:
*EarthGuard conforms to the State of California Department of Transportation
Standard Specification Section 20-2.11
Nevada
EarthGuard Fiber Matrix conforms to state of Nevada Department of
Transportation secion 726.03.13 for erosion control and section 637.02.01
for a dust palliative.
